1. Purpose of the website

The website presents Comfort Home’s services for short-term rental hosts and property managers in Milan and its province and lets you request a contact or a site visit.

Published information is not a public offer: services are proposed through tailored quotes and governed by written agreements between the parties.

2. Content and intellectual property

Texts, images, trademarks and logos on the website belong to Comfort Home S.r.l.s. or are used under licence from their owners. You may view them and share links; you may not reproduce, modify or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Permitted use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and to learn about our services. Unauthorised access attempts, sending unlawful or offensive content through the contact form and automated extraction of content are not allowed.

4. Accuracy of information and liability

We strive to keep information up to date, but some details (figures, indicative timings, areas served) may change over time. The actual conditions of each service are those agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee that the website is always available or error-free and we are not responsible for the content of third-party websites reachable through links (for example WhatsApp).

5. Requests sent through the website

Sending a request by form, email, phone or WhatsApp creates no contractual obligation: it serves to get in touch and prepare a quote. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has jurisdiction over any dispute concerning the use of the website, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer forum where applicable.
