Comfort Home works across the whole of Milan: from the historic centre to the neighbourhoods beyond the ring road, wherever there are short-term rental apartments to keep ready between a check-out and a check-in. We don't have a "home" area inside the city: the team moves according to the day's calendars, and the same cleaners and raiders go back to the same apartments.
Our operational base is in Cologno Monzese, on the M2 line, east of the city. That's where the shifts start every morning, seven days a week, public holidays included. Here you'll find the areas we work in, how we handle requests outside Milan and how we organise the day.

Outside the city limits we assess requests case by case. With our base in Cologno Monzese, the towns east of Milan are the first we're able to serve: if you have short-term rental apartments in these areas, write to us and we'll tell you straight away whether we can fit them into our rounds. For the rest of the province it depends on the distance from the other apartments we look after and on how often the turnovers happen.

Our base: Cologno Monzese
Comfort Home's registered and operational office is at via Primo Maggio 11, Cologno Monzese, on the M2 line. It's where the shifts start from: the work takes place in our clients' apartments and we do the inspection at your place, not at the office.

How we organise ourselves across the city
Every morning the shifts are built around the day's check-outs and check-ins, read from calendars synced with Krossbooking or Google Calendar. We group apartments by area, so cleaners and raiders move along short routes and the clean linen gets where it's needed. The same people go back to the same apartments: they know the access, the building and the habits of each home.
We operate seven days a week, public holidays included. Today we look after more than fourteen apartments in Milan, with over sixty visits a month, and every visit ends with a time-stamped photo report. Visits follow the synced calendars, so the notice is that of the booking. For last-minute changes, let us know as soon as you do: we reorganise the shift around the day's availability.
The quote depends on the number of apartments, the frequency of turnovers and the level of service. For apartments outside Milan we also take into account the distance from the others we look after.
We do the inspection at your place, in the apartment: it's free and it's where we define the checklist, the fittings and access. For everything else you can reach us by phone, WhatsApp and email.
