A raider takes away the used linen and leaves it clean — washed and ironed by our partner laundry in the Porta Venezia / Centrale area. No delays, no stock to manage.
Water, coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, paper towels. At every visit we recheck supplies and replace whatever is missing, so the guest always finds everything in its place.
We check appliances, light fixtures, and interior and exterior frames. If we find an issue, we report it to you straight away with a dedicated report. No surprises at the next check-in.

Our process
We build partnerships with care: no rush, no automation.
You write to us by email or WhatsApp, or you call us. We gather the essential information: how many apartments you manage, in which areas of Milan, and how often you need visits.
Together we define the operational and financial terms: number of properties, calendar management, level of service. All set down in writing.
We collect the information for each apartment — key access, welcome kit, specific standards — and sync the calendars on Krossbooking or Google Calendar.
From here we work independently: a photo report at the end of every visit, issues flagged in real time, and a direct contact for every request.

Traceability and quality
At the end of every setup the team produces a photo report via the TimeStamp app, with a certified timestamp. Photos of the rooms once the work is finished, notice of any damage or problems, confirmation that consumables have been restocked. You receive it all, and always have full visibility over what was done.
